Cancellation Policy

You may offer to purchase any of the TCRP products described on the Website for the price specified on the Website. Payment must be effected by PayNow, Stripe or Bank Transfer using the information provided on the booking page. Confirmation of your order will be sent to your nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days please contact TCRP. The purchase contract is not complete until we issue this confirmation email. ​ If your child is unwell, please email us a copy of his/her MC at info@intothewild.world. If it is within 14 days before camp, you can choose to get a full refund or postpone your camp to a different date that is within 6 months of the original booking date. If it is within 7 days before camp, you can get a 50% refund. If it is less than 7 days before camp, we are unable to give you a refund as it is too short a time to fill the slot with someone else. We run camps all through the year, with more dates available during the school holidays. ​​ All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Singapore dollars and must be paid in full, subject to any discounts which are offered as detailed on the Website at the point of such purchase. Under normal circumstances, a confirmed order will enable you to engage in the activities specified in your order at the TCRP Venue. However there may be circumstances in which we are unable to make the TCRP Venue, TCRP Activities or TCRP Facilities available on the date or at the time allocated. This may be as a result of unexpected closure of the TCRP Venue, damage to the TCRP Facilities rendering them unsafe, insufficient staff availability, government-directed safe management measures, or otherwise. In such circumstances, we will inform you of the situation and either refund the ticket price or allow you to reschedule (if possible).
