about us
Olympians. Emergency responders. Humanitarian leaders. Safety professionals. Wilderness experts.
Ridiculously fun We've spent our lives in some pretty serious places; responding to emergencies, competing at the highest levels of sport, working in high-risk environments, exploring the natural world and, for some of us, raising our own kids.
One thing all those worlds have in common?
Nobody remembers the briefing. They remember the experience.
The hardest moments. The biggest laughs.
Usually, they turn out to be the very same thing.
Somewhere along the way, they also gave us something else: the quiet confidence that we'd figure things out.
Maybe that's why we've never outgrown adventure. The muddier, messier and more ridiculous, the better.
That's how Into The Wild began.
Not because we want children to become wilderness experts, Olympians or emergency responders.
But because every child deserves moments that ask something of them. The kind that make them laugh, challenge them, surprise them and leave them just a little more capable than when they arrived.
Meet the people behind the adventure.
